Stephen Marsh is considering an early black type test in the new season for his unbeaten youngster Shadow Dancer.

The Cambridge trainer has a good opinion of the Snitzel filly, who was successful in her only juvenile appearance at Rotorua.

Marsh won both the three-year-old set weights and penalties event and the Gr.3 Hawke’s Bay Breeders’ Gold Trail Stakes with Serious Satire at last year’s Hastings carnival and Shadow Dancer may follow her lead.

“We will possibly look at both races again, she’s a nice filly,” he said.
