Stakes winner Hasselhoof has suffered a further setback during his comeback preparation.

Co-trainer Donna Logan said it is unknown when the Gr.2 Rich Hill Mile winner will make his race day return. The Tavistock gelding had previously served a three-month stand-down period after bleeding in the Zabeel Classic on Boxing Day last year.

There is more positive news for multiple Group One winner Volkstok'n'barrell, who has just started pre-training and is being aimed at the Hawke's Bay's spring carnival.
