The powerful Lisa Latta and Lincoln Farms partnership looks to have unearthed another promising juvenile talent when All Too Hard colt Lincoln Hills made a winning debut at Tauherenikau today.

The stylish chestnut showed plenty of grit and determination as he downed his stablemate Dreams Of Platinum with a devastating home straight burst in the Per Incanto Maiden (1000m).

Stable representative Andie Rennie admitted the team had been confident of a good performance off the back of a comfortable trials outing at Foxton earlier in the month.

"Lisa has been very patient with him as he has had a couple of jump-outs and a nice quiet trial the other day," he said.

"There was a bit of confidence in the camp so it was good to see him jump out and back up the ability that he has shown at home."

Rennie was also pleased with the performance of runner-up Dreams Of Platinum who put in another honest run.

"I think that's it for her now as she will be going out for a decent break," he noted.

"She was the most experienced in the race and has gone well so she can have a spell now."
